Features

Our glider windows are built with a hybrid frame. The window's interior is made of profiled Hemlock, a durable metal clad exterior, and a welded PVC frame in between. Rain and cold winds are kept outside where they belong by double, compression foam weather stripping.

Wood SDLs

SDLs (simulated Divided Lites) are installed on the exterior and interior of the glass to simulate the look of divided panes of glass. Individually divided panes of glass reduce energy efficiency by creating multiple seams and joints for every pane. With the simulated design the integrity of the glass is not compromised, thus maintaining energy efficiency. Our wood SDLs can be stained and painted to match your interior colours.

Aluminum SDLs

Aluminum SDLs are for exterior use on all WeatherGard windows and are available in out 7 different Standard aluminum clad colours or 52 Premium Exterior Finishes.
