INSTALLATIONMASTERS® PROGRAM
Correct installation of a window can make all the difference. Our InstallationMasters® Certification Program teaches best practices and methods for installing windows and doors, ensuring that our products will perform as they have been designed.
This two-day course was developed by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) (now known as FGIA) and is taught by our own certified instructor. Developed for residential and light commercial construction in wood frame buildings, the program is designed to ensure our installers have mastered the installation of windows and doors in replacement projects.
Highlights of the program include window and door transportation, handling, physical installation and wall/window interface of protective barriers. Several methods are taught and it is up to the architect, contractor, builder or building envelope group to decide the method most suitable to the application.
